Learner Centric Decision Making

My work at a glance:

If I were to describe my work in one sentence, I would say:

”I listen, diagnose the real need, and deliver the simplest, most effective learning solution.”

With a bit more detail, I would say:

“I always begin by deeply listening to understand what someone needs to learn and why. From there, I determine the best way to support them - whether that means using existing resources, connecting them with peers, engaging an external partner, or designing a new in-house solution. My goal is to create learning that is relevant, practical, and easy to scale and implement across the organisation.”

Work Experience

I’ve partnered with various organisations, in both full-time and contracted roles, to lead projects and deliver learning initiatives for companies such as:

My belief about learning

In my experience, learning works when we first understand the real need, then design with intention, and finally implement in a way that feels clear, supportive, and human.

  • Learning should feel easy, not overwhelming. I translate complex problems into clear, structured experiences that help people know exactly what to do next. When learning is simple, people engage more and behaviour change actually sticks.

  • I design learning that understands people. From psychological safety to motivation and mindset, I create experiences that meet learners where they are, not where the process assumes they should be. Because when people feel seen, they learn better.

  • I bring order, flow, and logic to every program, from discovery to delivery, ensuring each step builds naturally to real impact. Clear structure creates trust, and trust creates learning.

  • Knowledge matters, but behaviour change is the goal. My work focuses on designing learning that shifts habits, improves decisions, and strengthens everyday performance.

  • Learning is about people, not content. I take a human-centred approach to every project, designing experiences that are warm, respectful, and rooted in real needs. When learning feels human, it becomes meaningful and memorable.
